HTP (High Tec Performance Parts LLC) does its best to ensure quality and reliability in its parts and therefore we are willing to offer the following warranty to stand behind such parts.

Warranty

One-year limited manufacturer defect warranty applies to parts made by HTP (High Tec Performance Parts LLC). HTP will repair or replace the part(s) at its sole discretion if HTP determines a part is to be covered by this limited warranty. Damage caused by the purchaser is not covered by this warranty in any way and only defects by manufacturing are eligible for consideration. If the cost of repair or replacement exceed the purchase price HTP will have the option to refund your purchase price. 

Returns are accepted under certain reasonable conditions as determined by HTP.  You must contact our company within 30 days from date of purchase to discuss your concern for consideration for a return. A restocking fee of up to 25% may apply. 

If for any reason an order cannot be fulfilled a full refund will be sent back to the purchaser.

Liability Warning: The purchaser assumes all liability in connection with the installation and use of any part(s) sold or distributed by High Tec Performance Parts LLC a/k/a HTP.  As with all aftermarket and performance enhancing parts like these, there is a risk of injury or death associated with the use and/or installation of such parts. Parts should be installed by a competent and professional mechanic. By installing and/or using such parts you will be assuming liability for bodily injury, death and/or damages including but not limited to monetary, and/or otherwise to any person(s), property owned by you or others. The purchaser agrees that if HTP is found responsible in some amount, HTP will never be responsible for more than the purchase price of the part regardless of use by the purchaser or others and purchaser agrees to hold HTP harmless, waives any and all subrogation rights and will indemnify HTP for loss exceeding the purchase price. If you are not willing to take this risk, do not purchase and/or use these parts.  

High Tec Performance Parts LLC reserves the right to make changes at any time as it deems necessary to change or update these Terms & Conditions.
